You can send an email to support@amt-us.com or call 763-201-9070.
Support hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm CST.
You can return faulty hardware by sending an email to rma@amt-us.com including the part #, MAC address (if possible), and what is wrong with the hardware. AMT will process the request and respond with an RMA number. Pack the faulty hardware for shipping, write the RMA number on the box and ship to the address outlined in the response.
Email AMT Sales at sales@amt-us.com and someone will reach out to you to schedule a date and time that's convenient for you.

WebBrix

The AMTErrorLog.txt is a collection of data that's useful in troubleshooting WebBrix.
The AMTErrorLog.txt can typically be found at it's default location:

C:\ProgramData\WebBrix\AMTErrorLog.txt

This location can be changed in the registry:

32bit OSHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\AMT\Install\AMTErrorLogPath

64bit OSHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\AMT\Install\AMTErrorLogPath
